El abono de la fianza fuera de este plazo conlleva una penalización de 40€ no reembolsables.

4.- PROHIBIDO arrojar basura o ensuciar las escaleras o la terraza del bloque.
5.- PROHIBIDO el acceso al bloque, apartamento o terraza a mas personas de las
que figuren en la reserva (incluidas visitas)
6.- Respetar los horarios de check in (entrada) y check out (salida) del
apartamento (hasta las 11.00)
7.- Mostrarse respetuoso, educado y cortes con los vecinos.
8.- PROHIBIDO tapar, cubrir o desconectar las cámaras de videovigilancia.
9.- PROHIBIDO utilizar las toallas o sabanas fuera del apartamento (ni piscina ni
playa)
La falta a cualquiera de estas normas dará lugar a la pérdida de la fianza abonada
Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions:

The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with.

6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00)
7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors.
8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras.
9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach)
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
